The fourth edition of Vodafone Premier Badminton League concluded as a grand success.This blog is about this very event and the best performances.



The Hyderabad Hunters clinched the title after a nail biting final against the Bengaluru Blasters which went the full distance.The success and popularity can be understood that two more teams were added to the league this year.If I have to choose a standout player who performed exceptionally well then it has to be Lee Hyun-iL .There is no doubt that he is a legendary player but we need to consider the fact that he is 37 years old,his performance in the league was outstanding.The fact that the format of the league makes the sport even more fast,his age certainly does not fit his performance.In the finals he played the trump match despite Carolina Marin playing in the team.It must have been a delight for players like B.Sai Praneeth and C.Rahul Yadav to have his company.
